What if my preferred payment method is unavailable?

If a payment method doesn't appear in the "Deposit" or "Withdrawal" section of your Personal Account, it may mean that it is currently undergoing maintenance, has been temporarily removed, or is currently unlisted. We offer these ways to make deposits and withdrawal options, but we understand that another system may be more convenient for you.

In the future, we plan to expand the top-up and withdrawal lists for your convenience.
