Why is my card declined? Cards from certain countries are not supported
Card top-ups and withdrawals are unavailable for cards issued in a number of countries. If your card was issued in one of the countries listed below, the payment will be declined - this is a restriction on our payment provider's side, not a problem with your account or your card:
Afghanistan, Belarus, Central African Republic, Cuba, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Equatorial Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Libya, Mali, Myanmar, Nicaragua, Nigeria, North Korea, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, United States, Venezuela, Yemen.
What matters is the country where the card was issued, not where you are located right now. If your card is on this list, you can still top up and withdraw with cryptocurrency.
This list may change over time. If your card was issued outside these countries and the payment still fails, please contact our support team - we will check what happened.
