Depending on the level of verification, certain limits apply in Volity regarding deposit methods, withdrawals, and deposit amounts. Our company has three verification levels.
Right after completing a short registration, your account will be assigned Verification Level 1. You can check it in the Dashboard by clicking on Profile → Verification Center.”
In the screenshot below, you can see the limits that apply to the first verification level.
If these limits do not suit you, you can upgrade your verification level to Level 2. The requirements for upgrading to the next level are shown in the screenshot below.
At Level 2, all withdrawal methods are available, and the deposit and withdrawal limits are increased to 30,000 USD .
To complete full verification and remove all limits, you need to confirm your residential address. This can be done with a bank statement, utility bill, other official document, or a letter from a government bodies.
Once the support team verifies all your documents and information, you will reach Verification Level 3, and essentially all limits will be removed. Deposits and withdrawals of up to USD 10,000,000 will be available through all methods in your personal account.
