What trading account types are available in Volity ?

Below you can see a comparative table of Market and PRO accounts.

The main differences between PRO and Markets as you can see are that in Markets there is no commission and a variable spread, while in PRO accounts the commission is 2 USD (per lot, per side) and the spread is raw.
Another difference is the minimum deposit requirements: Markets account: $50 and Pro Account: $500. If you replenish at least $10,000, then you get VIP status.

So what account to choose? Which account is better?

There are many things to consider when deciding which Forex account to open. Many of your decisions will be influenced by:

Your level of experience
Starting capital
Trading style
Risk management
External factors

However, there are basic criteria that apply to choosing the best Forex trading account, regardless of the level or status of the trader. They include:

Operating costs, spreads and commissions
Trading software and platform

Classic accounts allow traders with a small level of capital to work. Depending on the broker, the account is opened for an amount of USD 10 or more. In our company, as you can see, it is 50 dollars. However, the recommended capital level is better to choose more. Commissions are spreads, which are divided into floating and fixed. Most brokers prefer to use a fixed spread, which allows investors to estimate their future costs even before opening a transaction. The less well-known a currency pair is, the higher the spread will be on it. Opening a Classic account with a floating spread entails an additional risk that in periods of high volatility in the market it may grow significantly, leading the trader to unreasonable losses.

Traders should take into account that in the presence of strong movements in the market, such a situation entails the appearance of requotes: the order cannot be executed at the price specified by the trader, and the system offers him to place a new order at a new price.

The classic account is suitable for both novice traders and traders who already have some experience in the market. In terms of trading style, short-term and medium-term trading is optimal.

What’s the main difference between MARKETS and PRO in Volity ?

Many clients see our Markets account as a simpler alternative to the PRO account since all fees are included in the spread. Those with particular trading styles, such as scalpers and algorithmic traders, may prefer the PRO account due to its lower-cost setup.
